Wash & Go
(15-30 mins) – Includes a bath with shampoo and conditioner depending on coat & skin condition & towel dry. (please be aware that the dogs coat will still be damp)

Wash, Blow Dry & Fluff
(30-60 mins) – Includes a bath with shampoo & conditioner depending on coat & skin condition, blow dry and brush out.

Full Groom
(60-150 mins) – Includes a consultation, 7-point health check, bath with shampoo & conditioner depending on coat & skin condition, drying (all dogs are dried by hand) brushing & detangling, clipping or scissor finish, ears & nails cleaned.
Small dog – from £30

Large dog – from £60
Hand Stripping
(60-120 mins) – Hand stripping is the best way to groom certain coats – this appointment would include consultation and hand stripping. Baths are not given before or after hand stripping but a wash & go could be booked later in the week.
£25 per hour – maximum appointment of 120 mins
De-Shed
(60-120 mins) – Includes a de-shed with zoom groom or rake depending on coat, a bath, blow-dry and brush. Ears and nails will also be cleaned. Paws will be trimmed.

Puppy Package
(30 mins) – *A photo and certificate will be awarded to mark the momentous occasion of your puppy’s first groom*. These sessions can be booked from 10-12 weeks. An introduction to the grooming salon getting used to the table, having a brush and getting to know the groomer. We would not introduce the bath or any other full groom elements at the first session.

Teeth Cleaning
(30 mins) – Using Emmi-Pet, an ultrasonic toothbrush that uses ultrasound waves to reduce plaque and tartar & heals the gums. Emmi-pet is a painless & stress-free treatment. All teeth cleaning bookings include a free initial consultation where we look at the condition of the teeth and decide a dental plan going forward. 30 min appointments will then be offered.
30 min appointments - £25
Course of 10 - £200
Teeth cleaning can be added to a full groom for £15 once the teeth are in a good state of cleanliness. It may take a few 30 min appointments or a full course to get the teeth into a better condition.
Terms & Conditions
A full 7-point health check will be carried out on all full grooms, de-sheds and hand stripping appointments. We will discuss any findings with you.
We reserve the right to charge an additional charge for clipping matted dogs.
Cancellations – a full 24 hours must be given when cancelling an appointment or it will incur a full charge.
Photos will be taken at each appointment to update our wall of fame in the salon and our social media accounts – if you are not comfortable with this then please let us know.
A new client registration form must be completed before the first groom – these will be updated over time.
